End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Frametools ("Company") for the use of our software products.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software products for your personal or business use.

2. License Types

Personal License

A personal license allows you to use the software on up to 3 devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Commercial License

A commercial license allows you to use the software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to professional work, client projects, and business operations.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
  • Use the software to develop competing products
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software in any unlawful manner

4. Subscription Terms

For subscription-based products, your license is valid only during your active subscription period. Upon cancellation or non-renewal, your license to use the software terminates.

5. Updates and Support

During your active license period, you will receive software updates at no additional cost. Support is provided via our Discord community and email.

6. Intellectual Property

The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Frametools.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Frametools SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
